Rhubarb Pie

Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry.

Fill with rhurbarb cut in pieces.

Mix 1 cup white sugar with 2 tbsp of custard powder.

Sprinkle over rhubarb.

Cover with pastry.

Bake at about 15 minutes at 425F.

Reduce heat to 300F to 325F and bake until rhubarb is cooked.
