1 ¼ c pumpkin or squash, mashed and strained
½ c sugar
2 tbsp molasses
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ginger
3 eggs
About ¼ c milk
Pinch of salt
Beat eggs slightly and add rest of ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into 10 inch unbaked pastry shell.
Bake at 425F – 15 min.
Reduce heat to 325F and bake until filling is set.
