Fruit salad

Gram was forever finding low sugar recipes as she suffered from blood sugar issues. Fruit salad was one of her most common desserts for lunches and occassionally a breakfast item.

1 can pineapple bits (unsweetened)
1 can mandarin oranges or sections of 3 fresh oranges
2 grapefruit (sectioned)
2 bananas (sliced)

Sweetened to taste with sugar or low calore sweetner.
For colour add cherries or frozen strawberries.
