Butterscotch Icing

· 3 tbsps butter
· 3 tbsps milk
· 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
· 1 2/3 cup sifted icing sugar
· 1/2 tsp vanilla

1. Combine butter, milk and brown sugar in a sauce pan.
2. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
3. Stir in icing sugar and vanilla; heat until creamy.
4. Spread over top and sides of cake.
