Curizut

Bless you! Yes, it sounds like you sneezed when you pronounce the name of this spread. Its pronounced Curry-zut. I'm sure any person of Hungarian descent will correct me but that's how I know its called.

Its fabulous on toasted rye bread, crackers etc. or just by itself.

8 0z cream cheese
1/2 c butter
Chives/Green onions (cut as thin or thick as you like)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp sour cream

** You can add cheese (any type) and sardines if you are so inclined.
